Spotify is the coolest software I’ve seen in a while. It’s a music player where you need to register an account and download the client software to your computer. Then just sign in and start listening.

The music library is super vast and I’m sure that everyone can find at least some of their favourites in there. There was talk about need of modifying the catalogue depending where you live and this was done, but there’s still tons of free music available for you to listen. You can also create your own playlists and share them with your friends!

The catch ( there’s always a catch, you know?) is that currently you need an invite to start using it for free or you can also upgrade straight to premium account. There are few sites that are handing out invites, so happy hunting if you’re interested. You should be.

Fake Crocs rest in peace.

Finnish National Board of Customs destroyed 30.000 pairs of fake crocs. I hope the original ones will burn in hell as well.

The boston.com has a great section called big picture that has news stories made out of amazing pictures. Now at the end of the year they have posted three sets of pictures that cover the most interesting things happened this year. See them here, here and here.

Be warned though, there is also few really harsh pictures as well, because after all these years there is still places in the world that aren’t doing so well.

There has been this false rumour circulating the world that the World Wide Web was created in CERN to make it easier for the scientists to show their results to their colleagues and ease up the communication between those nerds.

Unfortunately this isn’t the case buddy, the cake is a lie. The sole purpose to create WWW from the very beginning was to make it easier to post and share funny pictures and videos of animals doing great things. This video shown below must one of the greatest things ever!
